Hyundai Mobis coach Cho Dong-hyun “I wasn’t good enough. I was lacking in both player preparation and game management.”
Head coach Cho Dong-hyun blamed himself for the loss.

In the fourth quarter, Hyundai Mobis brought in Kebe Aluma to turn things around from the outside. At the beginning of the fourth quarter, Aluma lived up to his coach’s expectations, scoring eight points in a row, but he was unable to take advantage of the opponent’s defense in mismatches.
“Up until that point, our offense was frustrating, so we put Aluma in to create some spacing. However, their defense was good against our offense, and that’s where I went wrong,” Cho said.
Before the game, coach Cho Dong-hyun emphasized defense a lot. The defense against Jeon Sung-hyun was somewhat successful, but the team lost to Lee Jung-hyun by 34 points.
Coach Cho said, “I told the players before the game that we should basically take the same approach by driving the shooters inside, but I think the players neglected it a bit. However, it shouldn’t be a big problem to prepare for the next game. I made a mistake in my game management and made them shake,” he said.
