Lim tied for 6th in PGA PO1…4 Koreans advance to 2nd round

Sungjae Lim is tied for sixth place after the final round of the FedEx St. Jude Championship ($20 million), the first round of the 2022-2023 season playoffs on the United States Professional Golf (PGA) Tour.

Lim carded just two birdies in the final four rounds of the tournament at TPC Southwind (Par 70) in Memphis, Tennessee, USA, on Thursday (July 14), shooting a 2-under 68.

His final total of 11-under-par 269 put him in a tie for sixth place and into the second round of the playoff for the BMW Championship.

The BMW Championship is open to players ranked up to 50th in the FedExCup standings.

Shiwoo Kim shaved two strokes off his fourth round total to finish at 9-under par 271 and tied for 16th.

Kim Joo-hyung is tied for 24th with a 7-under par 273, while Ahn Byung-hoon is tied for 37th with a 5-under par 275.

All four South Koreans qualified for the BMW Championship. 먹튀검증

Kim Si Woo (KOR) is the highest-ranked Korean player at No. 17 in the FedExCup Rankings, while Kim Joo Hyung (KOR) is No. 18, Im Sung Jae (KOR) is No. 28 and Ahn Byung Hoon (KOR) is No. 38.

Lucas Glover (USA) shot a final round of 15-under-par 265 to win the tournament in a playoff with Patrick Cantlay (USA).

Glover parred the first hole of the extra playoff to beat Cantlay, who had to settle for a bogey. It was Glover’s second PGA Tour victory of the season and sixth career podium finish.

Rory McIlroy (Northern Ireland) and Tommy Fleetwood (England) finished tied for third at 14-under-par 266.
